BISMARCK, N.D., OCT. 15, 2019 – DCN CEO Seth Arndorfer and director of operations Jesse Heck have been appointed to serve one-year terms on the Mapcom Systems Client Advisory Board (CAB). The eight-person board is comprised of executive leaders from broadband companies that have implemented Mapcom’s M4 Solutions network management system.

“As our fiber network continues to grow to reach more businesses, government, and wireless backhaul infrastructure, DCN leverages Mapcom’s M4 Solutions to track our fiber assets and technology upgrades, ensuring our network maintains its reliable configuration,” DCN CEO Seth Arndorfer said. “Our intricate knowledge of using this robust system will enable us to provide feedback to further improve M4 Solutions today and into the future.”

Arndorfer and Heck’s first advisory board meeting will be Wednesday, Oct. 16, at Mapcom’s annual M4 Users Conference in Richmond, VA. Heck will also be giving a presentation on Wednesday during the conference regarding Emerging Technology.

“We are excited to have DCN represented on this year’s Client Advisory Board. I believe Seth Arndorfer and Jesse Heck will be exemplary members, providing valuable industry insights that will further Mapcom’s work to define the future of efficient broadband network management alongside our client companies,” Mapcom CEO Collin Granger said.
